September Exhibition at the Old Main Gallery

I am excited to announce my exhibition at the Old Main Gallery for the month of September, 2016. There is an artwork this Friday from 6-8pm.

There are new chalk pastel paintings as well as many oil paintings.

I am a fine artist painting the landscapes of the Northern Rocky Mountains for over 35 years and work in the medium of oil paint or chalk pastels. The light here in Bozeman, Montana and the surrounding region constantly changes with the normal dynamic weather patterns. My paintings are about this light and color of this incredible big sky country.

I have also ventured into painting portraits of the wildlife that inhabit the greater Yellowstone eco system. My inspiration for this series are the spirit animal traditions of indigenous cultures that give a very beautiful understanding of the world we live in.
